Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and considered only under specific circumstances:

• Injury Refunds: Prior to January 1, families may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% in the case of a severe, season-ending injury. Documentation may be required.

• No Refunds After January 1: The club does not issue any refunds after January 1, regardless of the reason.

• Uniforms: Uniform fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Tryout Fees: Tryout fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

• Commitment Policy: Per MYSA rules, once a player is registered and payment is received, they are officially committed to SSA for the competition year and may not play for another club during that time.

To request a refund before January 1, please email sartellsoccerassociation@gmail.com. All refund requests will be reviewed and decided on by the SSA Board. Approval is not guaranteed.
