2025 Fall Recreation Program

Sartell Soccer Association is excited to offer our recreational soccer league this Fall and registration is now open!  Recreational soccer is great for beginner players as well as developing players.  It is a program that is focused on enjoyment for the game of soccer and skill development without the intense competition/travel.

When: Tuesday evenings starting August 19th through September 30th

Where: Pinecone Central Park

Time: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Cost: $100 plus processing fees (includes a t-shirt)

Resources for coaches

Warmups

  • Red Light, Green Light
In this schoolyard favorite, players build muscle memory by pairing quick stops and explosive speed.
  • Sharks and Minnows
A classic, where dribbling players pretend to be minnows who must cross an ocean full of hungry sharks.
  • Hospital Tag
This fun variation of tag helps players develop balance and coordination.
